The Fareye FR-1 is the French version of the British made L23 Fareye. They are exceedingly similar and they even both allow the user to enter into Focus Mode. By using electromagnetic pulses it increases the users reactions and gives the simulation that time is effectively slowed down.

The major difference between the two different rifles comes with the clip size. Unlike the British rifle, the French version can only carry four bullets in each clip. The electromagnetic pulses also last for a longer period of time due to a differing design choice.

The Fareye FR-1 is mostly useful for taking down Hybrids and Steelheads, as they are extremely susceptible to headshots.
