Although there is technically no "melee attack" in Resistance Retribution, Grayson still has something available as a last resort, just incase he has used up all available ammunition on all guns in his possession.

The Knuckleduster is essentially a knife, which can cause considerable damage to anything it hits. However, it's always preferable to have a handy firearm present, to cause the most damage to a foe.
